Composed in May 1774 when Mozart was just eighteen, Symphony No. 30 in D Major, K.202/186b stands as the last of his Salzburg symphonies before his transformative journey to Paris. This score reproduces the work as it appeared in the celebrated Mozarts Werke, the first complete critical edition of Mozart's music, published by Breitkopf & Härtel in Leipzig between 1877 and 1883. Symphony No. 30 appears in Serie VIII (Symphonien), Band 2, No. 30, occupying pages 141–156 with plate number W.A.M. 202.
